About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Equipment Finance Account Manager to join our Equipment Finance team. This role is responsible for managing deal flow and enabling client relationship growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting business growth objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the outside sales team and our clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to execute on opportunities, manage the deal process for a given coverage area, and strengthen long-term relationships. This role may cover Capital Markets and/or Middle Market, Mid-Corporate, Emerging Middle Markets. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through client engagement, enabling portfolio growth, and collaboration across multiple lines of business.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in managing working relationships with clients which already have existing accounts within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
Partner with sales teams on account planning activities
Contribute to development of new accounts and expanding existing account relationships
Exercise independent judgment in managing and enhancing working relationship with the existing clients and meet business objectives within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area
Independently manage deal flow for coverage area
Assist the Management teams in supporting customer requests for accounts and developing new accounts
Collaborate with existing internal and external customers to build a working relationship
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of lease and loan products, pricing, and credit underwriting
Client service focus with the ability to balance the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding business goals and objectives
Knowledge of Capital Markets gained through professional experience, relevant education or a combination of both.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and other lines of business
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Minneapolis, Minnesota Pay Range: $153,000 - $239,000 USD Annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
