Responsibilities:

Essential functions include (but are not limited to):

Assistance with financial pipeline – new acquisitions and refinances

Coordinates initial underwriting materials to ownership for asset/portfolio acquisitions

Maintains revenue and expense watch lists for assets

Support budgeting/forecasting for properties

Update monthly reports to monitor performance through historical and budget comparisons

Special project analysis – Analyzing and assist with implementing new business strategies/programs roll outs

Assist in determining quarterly and annual performance metrics for presentations, for public REIT, and private investments portfolios

Utilizing industry market/submarket and economic research through Axio/CBRE/Costar resources for reporting and presentations

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Model Creation

Ability to understand economic trends and forecasts

Ability to source information from various market research organizations

Strong analytical skills

Strong work ethic, pride in work, team orientation, acute attention to detail and desire to learn.

Ability to work under tight timeframes and balancing multiple assignments

Desired Skills:

Excel - complex formulas, lookups, model building

Understanding of basic real estate and financial concepts
