About the role
As our Senior Experimentation Manager, you will lead Dyson's experimentation strategy across global e-commerce experiences, turning customer insight and behavioural data into measurable business impact.
You will be responsible for establishing experimentation as a core capability across the organisation, enabling product teams to make faster, evidence-based decisions. Working across multiple product domains, you will influence roadmap priorities, optimise critical customer journeys and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
You will:
Define and lead Dyson's experimentation strategy across global e-commerce products and customer journeys
Establish best practices, frameworks and governance that raise the quality and consistency of experimentation across teams
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Analysts to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritise test pipelines
Translate customer behaviour, quantitative data and research insights into clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
Drive experimentation across key conversion moments, improving customer experience and commercial performance
Influence senior stakeholders using evidence-based recommendations and scalable insights
Develop experimentation capability across the organisation through coaching, mentoring and thought leadership
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring Dyson remains at the forefront of experimentation and optimisation practices
About you
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
Significant experience leading experimentation, optimisation or product analytics programmes within digital, e-commerce or consumer technology environments
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, hypothesis development, statistical concepts and experimental design
Experience using customer, behavioural and commercial data to influence product strategy and business decisions
Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across multiple functions
Experience working closely with product, engineering, design and analytics teams in fast-paced environments
A strategic mindset, balancing short-term optimisation opportunities with long-term capability building
A passion for developing others and fostering a culture of curiosity, learning and continuous improvement
