Job Description
Junior HR Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and tracking employee participation.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics as requested.
Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous internship or experience in Human Resources.
Fluent / Advanced English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
