About the job

As a Scientific Lead , you will be responsible for strengthening the scientific foundation of our consumer healthcare portfolio. You will partner with commercial, regulatory and external healthcare stakeholders to ensure our products are supported by robust scientific evidence, strong medical engagement and compliant communication.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the scientific strategy and evidence generation activities for assigned products, ensuring strong scientific support across the product lifecycle.

• Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, medical societies, academic institutions and patient or consumer organizations.

• Generate scientific insights that shape brand strategies, identify innovation opportunities and strengthen product differentiation in the market.

• Support regulatory and medical affairs activities by contributing scientific expertise to dossiers, product claims, health authority responses and labeling updates.

• Oversee the development, execution and dissemination of clinical, observational and real-world evidence programs aligned with business priorities.

• Deliver scientific education and training to internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate, compliant and evidence-based communication.

• Review and approve scientific, medical and promotional materials, engagements and events, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

About you

• Experience: Proven success in a Scientific Manager, Medical Manager or similar scientific leadership role within Consumer Healthcare, nutrition, medical devices or pharmaceutical environments.

• Skills: Ability to translate scientific evidence into business impact, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead scientific initiatives and balance strategic thinking with effective execution.

• Education: Degree in a health-related discipline such as Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biomedicine, Medicine or a related field.

• Languages: Fluent English with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
