As an HR People Partner, you will be at the heart of our people experience - empowering leaders, supporting employees, and bringing HR initiatives to life where they matter most: on the ground. In this role, you will be an advisor to People Leaders and employees on local HR topics, providing coaching and support on a regular basis and offering expert guidance on employee relations, compliance with local laws and policies, workforce planning, and change initiatives. Your work will directly shape a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace culture while enabling People Leaders to lead with confidence and clarity. With a strong focus on proactive support and problem-solving, you’ll ensure our people feel heard, supported, and set up for success every day.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to People Leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and support on complex people-related matters.

Empower leaders to effectively address workforce challenges using HR tools, policies, and best practices.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-first culture by partnering with leaders and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Act as the voice of employees, sharing insights and people data to enhance the employee experience and inform decision-making.

Lead and resolve employee relations matters, working closely with HR Centers of Excellence on sensitive or complex cases.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, company policies, and support labor relations activities when required.

Serve as the local HR expert and primary HR contact, providing on-site support and guidance to leaders, employees, and HR stakeholders.

Execute HR strategies, talent initiatives, and change programs locally, translating business and workforce priorities into impactful people actions.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Solid experience in Human Resources function with responsibilities such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development or performance management.

Proficiency in English language, additionally to Portuguese.

Availability to travel whenever demanded by the business.

São Paulo is the preferred location for this role in a hybrid mode.

Desired Qualification:

Strong HR professional with expertise in local labor laws, HR policies, compliance, and sound judgment, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and effective decision-making.

Highly organized and detail-oriented problem solver, capable of managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments while driving process improvements and innovative HR solutions.

Desirable prior experience with Workday system.
