A venture-backed legal services company is seeking a Senior Partner to lead its M&A practice. The company is reimagining how in-house and external legal teams execute transactions — using AI to deliver faster, more efficient deal work at a fraction of the traditional cost. This is an early and defining hire at a well-capitalized firm with a clear vision and an ambitious roadmap.

The Senior Partner will own the M&A practice end-to-end — leading transactions, building client relationships, and helping shape the firm's approach to AI-enabled deal work. This is not a support role. You will be a named partner driving real deals for a growing client base, with the autonomy to build the practice in your own image.

The role is based in New York City and sits at the center of the firm's leadership team.

The ideal candidate brings deep transactional experience — whether from BigLaw, in-house at an acquisitive company, or the buy-side at a fund — and a genuine appetite for building something new. You are energized by the idea of practicing law differently, comfortable operating in an early-stage environment, and ready to bring your deal experience to a platform designed to scale it.
