Role Overview

The Film Editor serves as a core creative contributor within the Mexico City Global Growth Hub, driving end-to-end post-production for high-priority global assets. This includes customer films, sizzles reels, product-first demos, and high-impact custom vision videos. Reporting to the Executive Producer, this role centralizes video assembly, structural storytelling, and multi-stakeholder feedback management. The Senior Editor delivers premium, brand-consistent content while managing a critical-volume output that meets Salesforce Studios' visual standards. As a primary storytelling contributor, each editor handles advanced footage pacing, creative narrative development, multi-source editing, audio design conceptual, and color grading direction.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Post-Production: Lead the structural assembly, pacing, and final delivery of corporate films, global brand campaigns, virtual broadcast events, and deal support videos.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with the Executive Producer, Creative Directors, Sales Account Teams, and Product Marketing Managers (PMM) to translate complex corporate messaging into emotionally resonant narratives.

Hybrid Workflow Management: Oversee full internal post-production for core customer films while collaborating with and organizing source assets for external agencies handling the remaining workload.

Global Intake & Support: Support global intake requests, providing guidance, creative recommendations, and editing execution.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all final video exports align strictly with Salesforce’s corporate visual identity, timing standards, and premium narrative tone.

Qualifications & Skills

Every Film Editor joining the Mexico City hub will be expected to seamlessly integrate generative AI tools into traditional video workflows to accelerate timeline assembly, asset optimization, and rough-cut generation.

Experience: 5+ years of professional, hands-on video editing experience within a fast-paced corporate studio, creative agency, or tech-industry production hub.

Portfolio: A highly professional showreel or portfolio demonstrating mastery over structural pacing, interview-driven narratives, rhythmic montage editing, and high-production-value corporate storytelling.

Technical Skills: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro. Intermediate-to-advanced familiarity with Adobe After Effects to successfully implement motion graphic templates created by the hub's design team. Strong skills in color correction (DaVinci Resolve or FilmLight) and comprehensive audio mixing.

AI Tool Integration: Active proficiency using advanced generative video and asset creation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Sora, or Veo) to accelerate timeline workflows and creative options.

Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Proven capability to process, prioritize, and implement critique from highly varied corporate stakeholders (CEOs, CCOs, Sales Leaders).

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes timelines simultaneously, respect rigid launch deadlines, and remain highly organized under pressure.
