Wir suchen dich als Sachbearbeiter Versand (w/m/d) im Bereich Service (High Voltage) am Standort in Karlstein. In dieser Rolle trägst du die Verantwortung für die Termin- und sachgerechte Bearbeitung unserer nationalen sowie internationalen Sendungen (Im- und Export) von Ersatzteilen, Anlagemodulen und Werkzeugen der lokal ansässigen, global agierenden Service Einheit mit weltweiten Projekten.

Das kannst du bewirken

Terminierung und Disponierung von Fracht- und Kuriersendungen

Erstellung von Packlisten und Frachtbriefen in SAP

Export- & Importabwicklung von Frachtsendungen

Erstellung von Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten

Erfassung und Priorisierung von Warenausgangssendungen

Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen inkl. regelmäßiger Kommunikation mit angeschlossenen Abteilungen

Interne und externes Stakeholdermanagement

Bearbeitung von Gefahrgutsendungen (Beförderungsdokumente ausstellen, Abnahme der Verpackung)

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Speditionskaufmann /-frau oder vergleichbar

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

Gefahrgutschulung für alle Verkehrswege (ADR/IMO/IATA)#

Erfahrung / Kenntnisse im europäischen Zollrecht

Kenntnisse Office 365 + SAP S4

Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
