A Hybrid working model

Role Summary: Supports the team with timely procurement and administrative tasks, from processing POs, invoices, and proof of delivery to tracking reconciliation and following up on vendor payment queries. Also coordinates meetings and assists with general admin. Ideal for a Diploma holder with 1–2 years' experience; SAP experience preferred.
Admin support:
Attend to all purchase request timely
Ensure proper documentation and follow up on administering / processing purchase orders, invoices and proof of delivery
Responsible for adhering to the Company's Purchasing Policy.
Tracking of PO reconciliation and follow up with credit memo
Follow up with AP on vendor payment query
Scheduling and coordination of meeting (covering) as and when required, including escorting visitors to meeting rooms.
Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years relevant experience
SAP experience preferred
