The Role

We are looking for a Lead Developer to join the Angles for SAP engineering team. You will drive the technical direction of our product, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure we deliver high-quality, scalable software that makes a real difference for our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write code, review architecture, guide technical decisions, and collaborate closely with product and customer success to shape what we build next.

What You Will Do

Lead the design, development, and delivery of new features across the full stack

Set and uphold engineering standards: code quality, testing practices, and architectural patterns

Mentor and support developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions

Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions

Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling and agents to accelerate development workflows

Contribute to our technical roadmap and participate in architecture decisions

Work directly with customer-facing teams to understand real-world use cases and pain points

What You Bring

Core Skills

Strong C# and .NET backend development - you are fluent in modern C# syntax, understand async patterns deeply, and apply SOLID and DRY principles by default

React frontend knowledge - you can build and maintain frontend features, and you understand component design, state management, and API integration

Design patterns and clean architecture - you recognize when to apply the right pattern and why, and you can articulate those choices clearly to your team

Experience

Five or more years of professional software development experience, with at least one year in a tech lead or senior role

Hands-on experience developing with AI agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows (GitHub Copilot, agentic coding, LLM integrations, or similar)

Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems - you do not need to be an SAP expert, but you understand what ERP data looks like and why it matters to business users

Experience working in agile or product-led engineering teams

Experience with enterprise data access patterns (direct database access, ERP APIs, or data extraction pipelines)

Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, or BI integrations

Background in B2B SaaS product development

Experience with TypeScript or other typed frontend stacks
