About the role

As Financial Product Expert ( M/F/D ) you play a key role in safeguarding the integrity, governance, and regulatory robustness of all financial instruments offered by LYNX.

As part of a cross-functional environment, you are responsible for managing and continuously improving the financial product framework across all markets. This includes product classification, documentation, implementation, and monitoring client usage.

Your focus is to ensure that all financial products are accurately assessed in terms of risk, complexity, cost transparency, and target market, while remaining fully aligned with Product Governance requirements. You translate regulatory developments into practical solutions and ensure that our product offering remains compliant, scalable, and client-focused.

What you’ll do

Product Framework Ownership: Own and manage the financial product framework, ensuring accurate classification, documentation, and alignment with governance requirements across all markets.

Strategic Product Planning: Plan and manage the financial product offering across multiple countries, identifying structural improvements while ensuring compliance with product governance policies.

Project Management: Take end-to-end ownership of financial product projects, including the rollout of new products from analysis and classification to implementation.

Regulatory & Change Management: Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and market intervention measures, translating them into actionable improvements within the product framework.

Process Management: Design, implement, and monitor processes that ensure efficient, compliant delivery of financial products and enhance operational effectiveness.

Market & Client Analysis: Analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Product, Compliance, Service, and Engineering teams to improve the client experience.

Data & Documentation Management: Ensure all financial product characteristics are accurately represented in internal systems and databases, maintaining high-quality data and documentation.

Content Creation: Develop educational materials, tutorials, and knowledge content to support clients in understanding financial products.

Who you are

You are a structured and analytical professional with a strong understanding of financial products and capital markets. You combine regulatory awareness with a pragmatic mindset and are able to translate complexity into clear and actionable solutions.

You have extensive knowledge of financial products, both theoretical and practical

You have relevant experience in product management of investment products

You have a deep understanding of capital markets and their regulatory environment

You have strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills

You communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders

You are able to manage priorities and deliver projects on time

You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your work

You are fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience within a brokerage or financial services environment

Familiarity with distribution
