Ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Crown Perth is seeking passionate and driven Junior Sous Chefs to support our dynamic kitchen teams across a range of award-winning venues.

Working alongside the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while leading, mentoring and developing a team of chefs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you'll do

Support the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen.

Lead, coach and develop Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Apprentices.

Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.

Assist with rostering, labour management and food cost control.

Ensure food safety, HACCP and compliance standards are met.

Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

What you'll bring

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Junior Sous Chef.

Experience in a 3, 4 or 5-star hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent.

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
