At Crown Perth, we’re passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Cook, you'll work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment, developing your skills while contributing to the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items to Crown’s high standards

Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature

Maintain stock levels, mise en place, and kitchen equipment readiness

Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards including HACCP requirements

Keep kitchen work areas clean, organised, and service-ready

Support the wider culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance concerns

About you

Passion for food and hospitality

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn

Ability to prioritise tasks and work with initiative

Appreciation for diverse cultures and inclusive workplaces

Previous kitchen/culinary experience
