A Day in the Life:

As Commercialization Manager, you will spearhead commercialization initiatives that drive business growth by aligning commercial strategy, marketing execution, and budget investments. Serve as the central connector across cross-functional teams, orchestrating regional commercial roadmaps, program execution, and budget performance to maximize impact. Own the end-to-end coordination and flawless delivery of key commercial materials, high-visibility internal events, and motivating sales incentive programs. Champion operational excellence through rigorous ROI analysis, disciplined execution, and strategic alignment with business objectives, while proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate results and enhance commercial effectiveness. Perform additional high-impact responsibilities as required to support organizational success.

The Impact You'll Make:

Lead regional commercialization planning for LATAM markets, consolidate annual sales, marketing, and activation plans into a clear, executable commercialization calendar.

Own and manage commercialization budgets, including planning, tracking billbacks, and investment optimization across programs, POS materials, premiums, internal events, and sales incentives to maximize return on investment.

Oversee end-to-end management of POS materials and commercial assets, including forecasting needs, coordinating production and delivery, and conducting disciplined follow-ups to ensure timely deployment in-market.

Lead the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of internal commercial events, including sales meetings, national or regional activations, new product launches, and all sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget discipline.

Act as the primary cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring commercialization plans are operationally feasible and financially sound.

Monitor commercial performance versus plan, identifying risks and opportunities related to POS/Apparel volume, inventory, execution, or budget, and proactively recommending corrective actions.

Ensure execution of commercialization standards in-market, including innovation launches, promotional compliance, and alignment with agreed commercial priorities.

Provide clear, data-driven updates to regional leadership on commercialization progress, budget status, POS deployment, and incentive effectiveness.

Standardize and continuously improve commercialization processes, tools, and follow-up mechanisms across LATAM markets to elevate execution consistency and forecast accuracy.

Who You Are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of

- Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study

Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in retail sales, broker, or distributor sales environment

Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage industry desired

Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and Inventory report
