Meet the Team

Millennium’s Information Technology organization is core to the health and growth of the firm’s business, supporting a dynamic, multi-manager platform with flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. Within this environment, the Treasury technology team partners closely with Treasury, Operations, and other business stakeholders to support critical functions including cash and collateral management, financing, liquidity management, margin, financing optimization, and counterparty risk.

What You'll Do

Partner across global Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business needs and deliver coordinated solutions aligned with strategic objectives

Lead deep data analysis across asset classes, products, markets, and trading strategies to improve transparency, identify gaps, and support platform implementations

Own business and functional requirements definition, scoping, and documentation for strategic technology initiatives

Drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects from specifications through testing, deployment, and production rollout

Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business, functional, and technical requirements and contribute to application design and configuration

Support and help execute testing, training, and documentation to enable successful implementation and adoption

Proactively identify opportunities to improve application design, platform support, and team practices across the software development lifecycle

What You Bring

7+ years of hands-on business analysis experience in financial services, including 3+ years of cross-product margin experience and strong financial product knowledge

Strong understanding of financial products and markets, including equities, fixed income, futures, OTC derivatives, and FX, as well as margin policies

Advanced experience querying enterprise databases and working with large, complex data sets to answer business questions and model concepts

Working knowledge of complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and software development concepts

Demonstrated success delivering projects across the full software development lifecycle within an investment bank, software vendor, exchange, ATS, or buy-side firm

Experience working with delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

Proven ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams and functional areas while communicating effectively with developers, end users, and senior stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a self-directed, proactive approach

Salary Range

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
