Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

Coordinate and oversee the execution of 10+ small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and successful project delivery

Analyze, triage and follow-up the projects issues/ blockers to the responsible teams

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates

Identify potential project risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them

Support the team in resource allocation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

Qualifications

Possess 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills

Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate

Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself

Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude

Show good problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented

Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
