Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for D365 CE implementations.

Design, create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, UAT, and End-to-End Testing for Dynamics 365 CE applications.

Validate CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and security roles.

Test integrations between D365 CE and external systems such as Azure Services, Power Platform, ERP systems, APIs, and third-party applications.

Validate data migration and data integrity during deployment cycles.

Identify, track, and report defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure delivery quality.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.

Contribute to QA process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

Dynamics 365 CE

Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

Knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service

Understanding of: Entities Forms & Views Business Process Flows Workflows Security Roles Queues Dashboards

Basic understanding of Dataverse
