The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to manage daily booking and approval deadlines for publications across Australia and New Zealand while delivering an exceptional experience on the Campaigntrack platform. It requires effective communication with internal teams and external clients to foster strong, trusted relationships and become a reliable resource within the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
This role involves ensuring timely and accurate daily bookings, approvals, and artwork deliveries by actively monitoring communications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards. Additionally, it requires maintaining up-to-date publication details, resolving general system issues with proper escalation, addressing invoices and queries within set SLAs, and cultivating positive professional relationships with all clients and publications.
About You
Experience: 1–3 years in ad operations, print production, or platform support, with proven success in a customer-facing role.
Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (specifically for artwork and branding), strict deadline management, and strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk), a solid understanding of print media standards, and the ability to troubleshoot basic system issues.
