Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Commercialization, the incumbent leads the optimization of digital merchandising to maximize sales and conversion, ensuring a consistent, high-performing market presence aligned with commercial priorities.
Performance & Conversion
Optimize website merchandising to maximize sales and conversion rates
Identify optimization opportunities based on user behavior and commercial performance
Go-to-Market Strategy
Define and orchestrate the rollout of promotions and offers in line with commercial priorities
Ensure a consistent and high-performing experience across key pages
Coordination & Influence
Collaborate with Marketing to recommend optimal commercial tactics and act as a central point of alignment to ensure consistency across digital initiatives
Oversee the deployment and evolution of commercial content
Identify and improve processes to increase speed of execution and overall quality
Qualifications
Degree in marketing or e-commerce (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising
Ability to analyze and interpret reports and dashboards (Data Studio, Power BI)
Experience in performance analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Strong communication skills: clarity and concision
Strong team collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize based on business impact
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Knowledge of project management tools
Knowledge of the travel industry
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Additional Information
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
