Job Description

The EHS Operator is responsible for supporting environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the facility. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and promotes a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures across the facility.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Assist in incident investigations and reporting.

Support environmental compliance activities.

Maintain accurate records related to EHS programs.

Provide training and guidance on safety practices.

Collaborate with departments to improve workplace safety.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional EHS certifications preferred.

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Previous experience in an EHS role is a plus.

Additional Information

Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.
