Technical Writer / Marketing Coordinator
Location: Mineola, NY - On Site
Salary: $90-115K per year

Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and coordinate technical proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and interview presentations.
Develop compelling proposal content that highlights the firm's qualifications and project experience.
Coordinate with technical staff to gather project information, resumes, and supporting documentation.
Maintain and update proposal libraries, project descriptions, and marketing materials.
Assist with branding, website content, brochures, award submissions, and social media.
Ensure all proposal documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted by deadline.
Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and strategic pursuits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of technical writing and proposal experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Proven experience responding to public-sector RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Adobe Creative Suite and proposal management software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Experience
Experience with New York public agencies, municipalities, or higher education clients.
Familiarity with construction management, engineering, or professional consulting services.
Experience creating marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content.
