About the role:
Join us as our Business Process Lead for Data products in our Supply Chain organisation.
Lead digitalization and automation initiatives by leveraging Agentic AI and RPA technologies to increase automation levels and efficiency. Scout and test innovative digital solutions that replace or integrate with traditional SCM practices and position Supply Chain as a technology leader in the industry.
How you will contribute:
Reporting to the Head of SC Data Products, you will define, standardize, and govern the enterprise supply-chain data model across Takeda data lake platforms to ensure consistency, reusability, and end-to-end traceability. You will provide leadership for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with Takeda stakeholders and external partners.
Lead end-to-end supply chain digitalization and automation by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering use cases leveraging AI (generative/predictive), advanced analytics, and RPA.
Contribute to defining and governing the enterprise supply chain data model across Takeda data lake platforms to enable consistent, reusable, and traceable data products.
Continuously improve data standards (data modelling, master and transactional data, and analytical datasets) to ensure quality, integrity, and transparency.
Design and deliver analytical datasets and decision-support models for priority supply chain use cases, translating business needs into scalable data products.
Partner with vendors, DD&T, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solution design, timely delivery, and sustainable operations.
Ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions, including process redesign, training, and change management; measure adoption and value realization, and drive continuous improvement.
Scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies relevant to supply chain; develop business cases and scale solutions that demonstrate measurable value.
Lead cross-functional project delivery using appropriate governance and tools.
Develop team capabilities in digital, data, and delivery disciplines by coaching, upskilling, and promoting a data-driven culture across Supply Chain.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate by PMI or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics. Relevant internships, thesis work, or applied projects may substitute for experience.
Proven track record leading business and digital transformation initiatives within SCM, translating business needs into scalable data products and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience delivering outcomes using Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
Data science and advanced analytics skills, including experimental design, statistical modelling, machine learning basics, forecasting concepts, and KPI/driver analysis; able to guide model selection, validation, and responsible use.
Familiarity with modern data platforms and integration patterns (APIs/ETL/ELT) to operationalize analytics.
Business-level fluency in English.
Systems and analytics expertise (e.g., SAP S/4HANA and planning solutions), with working knowledge of analytics and data-science tooling (e.g., SQL and Python) and practical understanding of AI/GenAI use cases and limitations.

Base Salary Range: CHF159,300.00 - CHF219,010.00
