Candidates interested in learning how to perform a specialized job through in-job-training.
Under close supervision, the apprentice could perform different tasks depending on the area assigned as required including but not limited to:
Support in the administrative routines of the department such as document scanning, material printing, document filing and schedule development
Files organization and control - Handles, elaborates and controls diferent supply inventory and processes orders for internal and external clients
May update systems and reports specific to the area where functions are carried out
Reviews specific requests from internal and / or external clients
Customer service to internal and external customers
Adheres to health and safety standards
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Completed high school or in progress, and it is necessary to present proof of attendance at classes
Experience:
No previous experience required
Skills:
Be older than 14 Years old and younger than 24 Years old.
Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
Follow instructions
Team working skills
Self-motivation
