Your Team
The Director, AI Governance, Risk & Economics is part of CFS’s AI and Data business unit which is accountable for CFS’s Data and AI strategy, governance, platforms and enablement.
As Director, AI Governance, Risk & Economics, you will be responsible for ensuring AI scales safely, economically and transparently across CFS through effective governance, risk management, controls and value realisation.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the AI governance framework, policies and standards.
Establish AI risk, assurance and control frameworks for AI models, agents and autonomous workflows.
Drive AI risk oversight, approval processes and AI Council governance activities.
Lead AI economics, tokenomics and run-cost transparency.
Monitor emerging AI regulations, industry trends and best practices.
Partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Cyber teams to embed practical AI governance, controls and assurance processes across CFS.
Collaborate with Finance and programme leaders to establish tokenomics, benefit-realisation frameworks, investment tracking and AI value measurement.
Support business and delivery teams in navigating governance requirements while enabling responsible AI adoption.
Your Capability and Experience
Extensive experience spanning technology delivery, engineering, risk, governance within large enterprise environments.
Proven experience in establishing or operating technology, digital or AI governance frameworks within large-scale production environments.
Demonstrated experience assessing, governing or assuring AI, GenAI, agent-based or automated decisioning solutions in production environments.
Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud platforms and modern technology delivery practices.
Proven ability to understand and develop Token cost transparency.
Strong experience and confidence in executive stakeholder management.
Commercially minded governance leader with proven ability to balance innovation and control, enabling responsible AI adoption while maintaining strong governance.
Focused on accelerating AI value creation through clear accountability, disciplined investment decisions, effective risk management, and regulatory readiness.
