What’s the role?
As the IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the Technology, Financial Crimes Systems team, working on the Financial Crimes Program of Work. Your primary responsibility will involve understanding and helping communicate/drive/document the ‘Financial Crimes System’ impacts associated with the evolution and uplift in Financial Crimes Management at Westpac, including related UNITE initiatives.
As the IT Business Analyst, you will also assist in the design of user access to the banks Financial Crimes systems, migration of data from legacy to new systems, data analysis, translation of business processes to technical specifications, across multiple parallel delivery projects.
What do I need?
5 years industry experience in one or more role specific technical domains.
Over 3 years experience in the application of analysis tools and techniques
5 years experience in complex business process re-engineering, data analysis, and system functional /non functional analysis.
Over 3 years experience in facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users.
Experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring.
Experience in the financial services industry.
