Professional Services Consultant, Senior

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead business process discovery workshops

Document functional requirements and solution designs

Configure Kinetic applications to meet business requirements

Identify and document process gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies

Provide guidance on industry best practices and process improvements

Support data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation activities

Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization

Manage scope and identify potential change requests

Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, reports, and customizations

Lead cutover planning and go-live readiness assessments

Interact with members of cross-functional teams

Assist Project Manager in determining project direction, timelines, schedules, and activities

Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and customer organizations

Develop accurate estimates for project tasks and work packages

Deliver assigned project deliverables on time and within budget

Perform training and knowledge-sharing activities with peers

Maintain certifications and knowledge of new and enhanced products

Obtain certifications outside core competency areas

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Expertise in all core modules of Kinetic

Finance / Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing

Requirements Gathering

Conduct workshops and document business needs

ERP Solution Design

Translate requirements into scalable solutions

Project Delivery Methodologies

Ascend, Signature, Agile, Waterfall

Customer Stakeholder Management

Build credibility with operational and executive stakeholders

Presentation and Facilitation Skills

Deliver workshops, training, including virtual presentations

Data Migration Knowledge

Data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation

Analytical Problem Solving

Root cause analysis and solution recommendation

Commercial Awareness

Understand project scope, budget, and utilization targets

Ability to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

7+ years applicable manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge

5+ years of consulting experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with industry and product changes
