Job Description
About Genpact
Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm that shapes the future - driven by curiosity, entrepreneurial agility, and a relentless desire to create lasting value. We serve the Fortune Global 500, transforming organizations through deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations, and expertise in data, technology, and AI. We're an employer of choice for curious, courageous people worldwide, committed to helping them build future-proof careers - while shaping the future alongside us.
Why this role matters
140,000+ people. 30+ countries. One global brand.
How Genpact shows up to talent - and how we keep our people genuinely informed, connected, and proud to be here - directly shapes our ability to grow, compete, and retain the best. This role sits at the center of that.
You’ll help shape how Genpact engages employees and attracts talent across India - one of our most diverse and fast-moving regions. The canvas is broad: different markets, cultures, talent needs, and business priorities. The opportunity is even bigger.
This is not a role for someone who simply executes communications plans. It’s for someone who can build narratives, create campaigns that matter, connect the dots across teams, and understand that employer brand and employee culture are deeply connected.
Advanced technology and AI talent will be an important part of the story - but not the only one. We’re looking for someone who understands the evolving talent landscape across India and can help position Genpact as a place where ambitious people can build meaningful careers.
The role
This is a high-impact regional role focused on employer brand, talent marketing, and employee communications across India.
The person stepping into this role will help shape how Genpact communicates with current employees and future talent across the region - from integrated hiring campaigns and leadership communications to employee storytelling and engagement initiatives.
The best candidate brings equal parts strategy and execution. They understand how talent markets work, what makes people pay attention, and how to create communication that feels relevant, human, and worth engaging with.
They’re curious about technology and the future of work, but grounded enough to know that great communication is ultimately about people.
What you'll do
Employee communications
Build and run employee communication programs that help people feel informed, connected, and engaged across India - not just recipients of updates
Support key communication moments including town halls, leadership messaging, onboarding journeys, culture campaigns, and regional engagement initiatives
Create scalable communication toolkits, templates, and content formats that regional and local teams can adapt independently
Support time-sensitive or high-visibility communications that require strong judgment, clarity, and attention to detail
Employer brand & talent marketing
Help shape and execute Genpact’s employer brand strategy across India, with an understanding of how different markets and talent segments engage with brands
Partner with global and regional teams to localize messaging and campaigns so they resonate authentically across markets
Support hiring campaigns across business and technology talent areas, including advanced technology, AI, digital, and consulting talent
Identify opportunities to strengthen Genpact’s visibility across talent communities, industry platforms, and digital channels
Campaign planning and execution
Plan and run multi-channel hiring campaigns - digital (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and traditional (OOH, print, radio) - owning the full cycle from brief to performance review
Build and activate partnerships with industry associations, tech bodies, and talent forums - so Genpact shows up as the tech player it is, not just another employer booth at a job fair
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and content at speed
Bring fresh thinking on formats, storytelling approaches, employee advocacy, and audience engagement
Content, agencies and stakeholders
Produce and oversee content across formats - employee stories, social content, leadership communications, campaign messaging, videos, newsletters, and thought leadership
Translate business, technology, and transformation topics into communication that feels clear, engaging, and human
Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency, while applying strong editorial judgment and maintaining high content standards
Build strong working relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Communications, business leaders, and global teams
Performance and reporting
Track campaign and communication performance and use insights to improve effectiveness and engagement
Analyze audience behavior, channel performance, and content trends to inform future strategies
Present updates, recommendations, and results clearly to regional and global stakeholders
What we are looking for
7–9 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, employee communications, or strategic communications - ideally in a multinational, technology, consulting, or fast-paced organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels
Strong understanding of the India talent landscape and cultural nuances across markets
Experience supporting communications or employer branding for technology, AI, digital, or innovation-led businesses is strongly preferred
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, drives momentum, and manages multiple priorities effectively
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in matrixed global environments
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day workflows, with strong editorial judgment and attention to quality
An instinct for what makes communication resonate - not just what fills space
High curiosity, strong learning agility, and a bias toward impact over activity
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field
Why join us
This is a role where your work is visible, your impact is real, and you're not just executing someone else's brief - you're shaping the story. If you’re the kind of person who cares deeply about the craft of communication, gets excited by building brands and culture, and wants to help tell the story of transformation in a meaningful way - we’d love to meet you.
