What You Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Public Administration, Transportation Planning, or a related field.

Five years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, business intelligence, transportation analytics, transit performance management, operational analytics, or a related field.

Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and performance measurement systems.

Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong SQL skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Ability to translate complex technical findings into meaningful business insights for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field.

Seven or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, transit performance management, transportation analytics or strategic planning.

Experience supporting public transportation agencies, transit systems, transportation organizations, local government, or other large operational environments.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, GIS applications, or other advanced analytics tools.

Experience developing predictive models and advanced reporting solutions.
