Project Manager

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects

Ensure all projects are delivered timely, within scope, and within budget

Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility

Collaborate with technical and multi-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile process

Ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution

Supervise and track project progress and work to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives

Report and advance issues and roadblocks to collaborators and management as needed

Complete sprint strategy sessions using Jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical items

Participate in development of processes and guidelines

YOU HAVE:

Required

Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management

Advanced English

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.

Proficiency in Jira® project management software and tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in leading new product development projects.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
