Parts Procurement & Work Order Audit Specialist

Full-Time | Remote

We’re looking for a detail-driven specialist to manage parts sourcing, track usage, and audit work orders to ensure accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase device parts (phones, laptops, computers) via platforms like Amazon and eBay

Review and audit work orders for accuracy and discrepancies

Track and process returns (RMA, refunds, credits)

Monitor inventory usage and reduce unnecessary costs

Maintain accurate records and reports

Coordinate with technicians and operations teams

KPIs

Order accuracy

Cost savings

RMA recovery

Audit accuracy

Reduction in lost/unused parts

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, inventory, or purchasing

Familiar with Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms

Strong attention to detail and organization

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Basic electronics knowledge (a plus)
