HR Generalist

An HR Generalist is responsible for supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey. They help create a positive workplace by managing onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations. They also ensure company policies are followed, maintain employee records, and assist managers with various HR-related matters. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while handling confidential information with professionalism.

What You'll Do

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date

Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance records

Assist with employee relations by addressing HR-related questions and concerns

Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives

Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires

Generate HR reports and assist with special HR projects as needed

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (required)

Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment practices

Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Work Setup

Full-time, Monday–Friday, night shift

Must have a computer with a webcam and a smartphone
