Product Stream Lead (EM) - Data Feeds & Reporting, Payment Channel & Reporting (PC&R)

The position plays a critical role in the PC&R Crew leadership team and leads five squads across the Payment, Channel & Reporting product stream.

Lead a product stream across related squads, setting direction and aligning priorities, investment and delivery to maximise customer, commercial, risk and operational outcomes.

You are a strategic, customer-focused product leader who can connect customer insight, market opportunity, enterprise priorities and risk considerations into a clear stream strategy. You bring strong product discipline, sound judgement and the ability to influence through complexity.

Do Work That Matters

As the Product Stream Lead, you will define stream strategy, optimise value across squads and enable Product Leads to deliver customer, commercial, risk and operational outcomes. You will be accountable for delivering a strategic uplift of the Payments and Reporting capability across a wide range of existing product capabilities including Aggregator Data Feeds, Balance and Transaction Reporting and Merchant Reporting. Additionally, you will own a deep roadmap of future capability including API, Real Time Reporting and a transformational legacy architecture uplift.

You will directly lead a core Reporting Squad while providing leadership across Product Leads and Product Managers, ensuring squads are aligned to shared outcomes, trade-offs are evidence-based and products are run safely and sustainably.

Working closely with stakeholders across the Payments Domain, CITB, coverage and sales teams, risk, legal, compliance, Financial Crimes Domain, digital and other functions.

On Any Given Day, You Will

Define stream-level product vision and strategy aligned to domain priorities, customer outcomes and enterprise objectives.

Lead cross-squad prioritisation, sequencing and investment trade-off decisions.

Manage commercial performance, customer outcomes, lifecycle health and value realisation.

Use customer insight, market analysis, discovery and experimentation to inform priorities.

Work closely with front line stakeholders to ensure we deliver market-leading products and reporting experiences.

Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, outcomes and delivery priorities.

Coach and develop Product Leads and Product Managers.

Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around shared priorities.

Embed risk, controls, governance and regulatory requirements into product decisions.

Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, delivery constraints and responsible innovation.

We're Interested In Hearing From People Who Have

Strong product leadership experience across multiple squads, products or value streams.

Strong payments product knowledge across Data Feeds, BTR, BAI2, Real Time API delivery, H2H Channel capabilities, ISO Schema, CAMT.5X, PAIN.001.

Preferably have led a core architecture migration from legacy on-prem to cloud (AWS).

Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and backlogs and translating vision into execution.

Strong decision-making skills in complex and ambiguous environments.

Proven stakeholder influencing and alignment capability.

Commercial judgement and experience making investment trade-offs.

Experience applying customer research, market analysis and experimentation.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, risk, controls and regulatory considerations.

Experience coaching and developing product teams.

Exposure to AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical opportunities that create customer and business value.

A proven track record of channel transformation and integration-as-a-service functionality.

A strong customer mindset and commitment to safe, simple and sustainable products.
