Day to Day

The Lead Financial Analyst delivers advanced expertise and develops creative solutions to significant functional issues. On a daily basis, you will apply company-wide goals to guide your work, ensuring that financial outputs are strategically aligned with long-term goals. You will serve as a consultant to collaborators and act as the business manager for the implementation and enhancement of FP&A applications. You are responsible for identifying the root causes of financial variances and proactively using internal tools to gather and examine data. This role serves as a technical anchor, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and innovation of financial models across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Develop creative solutions for complex functional and business challenges

Build scalable financial models and frameworks for a global environment

Improve FP&A processes by shifting from standard reporting to forward-looking insights

Provide technical expertise on finance systems and support best practices across teams

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for collaborators

Drive innovation and data-driven approaches to improve forecasting and overall effectiveness

Skills/Competencies

Requires a Bachelor’s degree , and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience

Experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance with increasing technical complexity

Proven expertise in finance systems and FP&A tools, including implementing new solutions and automating processes

Ability to interpret complex data and influence collaborators through clear, data-driven insights

Skilled in identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective, practical solutions

Advanced financial modeling skills, including building frameworks for quarterly and annual planning

Establishes deep functional expertise and supports progression to broader organizational impact

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 1 - United States of America 94,000 - 140,000 USD per year

Tier 2 - United States of America 105,000 - 157,000 USD per year

Tier 3 - United States of America 115,000 - 173,000 USD per year

Tier 4 - United States of America N/A

Tier 5 - United States of America 130,000 - 196,000 USD per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
