Recruitment Associate - Seasonal

Position Summary

The Seasonal Recruitment Associate supports the hiring process and may be assigned to Recruitment Operations, Onboarding, or Recruitment Administration based on business needs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned hiring requisitions.

Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.

Manage candidate scheduling and recruitment communications.

Maintain candidate records, ATS (Breezy), and recruitment trackers.

Support job offer preparation and hiring activities.

Onboarding

Manage candidates from job offer acceptance through Day 1 training.

Collect and monitor pre-employment requirements and medical examination results.

Coordinate onboarding schedules and requirements.

Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Maintain databases, trackers, and recruitment documentation.

Recruitment Administration

Manage onsite recruitment.

Support recruitment-related administrative and operational tasks.

Assist with job postings, reports, and employee referral tracking.

Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, and Onboarding teams as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and takes initiative.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

Has exposure to handling an Applicant-Tracking-System (ATS); ie. Breezy, Greenhouse, etc.

Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Recruitment, HR, or administrative experience is a plus.

Note: The selected candidate may be assigned to Recruitment Operations, Onboarding, Recruitment Administration, or a combination of these functions depending on business requirements.
