The Role

As a Brand Designer on Mistral’s Design team, you will shape and evolve Mistral’s visual identity, ensuring it resonates globally. This role exists to create a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all surfaces and touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visual assets with Mistral’s mission, amplifying its impact in the AI space.

What You Will Do

Design engaging assets for campaigns, social media, websites, events, and product interfaces.

Collaborate closely with our marketing, comms, events, product, engineering, and design teams to integrate brand guidelines into every output.

Develop graphics, presentations, infographics, and collateral that communicate Mistral’s values and levels up its quality.

Create tools, templates, and guidelines to enable teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content autonomously.

Monitor design trends and best practices to keep Mistral’s visual identity fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates brand identity development and graphic design expertise.

Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and print design best practices.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Strong collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams and bring cohesive brand experiences to life.

A proactive mindset to stay ahead of design trends and apply them strategically.

Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for brand consistency.
