About the role

Job Summary

The Group Data & Analytics Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. This role develops reports and dashboards and ensures data accuracy and consistency. This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Group organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports. Collaborate with business units to understand data needs. Ensure data integrity and support data governance. Assist in the development of data models and KPIs. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with data visualization and reporting. Knowledge of data governance and quality standards.
