Where You’ll Make a Difference

Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Generate, send, and follow up on invoices to ensure proper billing.

Reconcile incoming payments with corresponding accounts and invoices.

Analyze aging reports to identify and follow up on overdue accounts.

Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment issues.

Prepare internal financial reports related to accounts receivable.

Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date receivables records.

Contribute to continuous improvement of AR processes and reporting tools.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis.

Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Intermediate to advanced Portuguese proficiency.

Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.

Knowledge of regional tax regulations related to receivables.

Ability to automate or streamline AR processes using digital tools.
