Key Accountabilities:
Primary role of assembling Electronic PCB’s / Units to a high specification.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures as required.
Quality checks own work to ensure it meets the required standards and completes the relevant documentation accordingly.
Raising of Non-Conformance documentation and assisting the Team and Management in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Maintain all relevant operational control processes such as visual management boards and planning schedules.
Maintains equipment by ensuring TPM, 5S, calibration is adhered to.
Follows health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Works in an integrated team to achieve the cells targets.
Other duties may be assigned by the Production Leader.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing operations & production environment.
Good manual dexterity skills.
Previous Aerospace manufacturing experience advantageous.
Knowledge & experience of a wide range of inspection techniques.
IT Skills (MES/Microsoft applications/etc).
