Meet the Team

The Finance Department provides best in class advice, support and control to our businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team. We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Bengaluru Finance team. This role will support the monthly close and global consolidation process, and various aspects of financial reporting.

What You'll Do

Assist with the monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and post journal entries across multiple entities and reporting structures.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accounts are fully substantiated and supported. Review income statement activity to validate completeness, accuracy, and appropriate period recognition.

Track and analyze estimate-to-actual differences across entities, functions, and reporting periods.

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting analytics to assist management review and financial reporting.

Assist with audits and the financial reporting process for certain Millennium entities. Assist with ad hoc requests or projects.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, including scalable solutions for data gaps, reporting issues, and control enhancements.

Interact with internal stakeholders across Finance and other departments in Asia, Europe, and New York.

What You Bring

Chartered Accountant or equivalent accounting qualification.

2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience with relevant corporate accounting, financial reporting, or close/consolidation experience.

Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.

Ability to multi-task and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict confidentiality.

Proactive individual with strong interpersonal and client service skills.

Strong technical proficiency (e.g. Excel, Alteryx and general AI knowledge) and familiarity with accounting software; Oracle experience is a plus.
