Manage and optimize Supply Activities
Execute daily replenishment within the warehouse supply Network (from external or internal supply sources) in a timely, efficient manner to meet production, internal or customer requirements
Review Requisitions place Purchase or stock orders, track orders progress and supply labels as appropriate
Execute daily a review and maintenance of existing purchase order data for the warehouse involved, including date confirmations and overdue deliveries
Execute daily process with warehouse and logistics personnel, requisitioners and supplier regarding planned goods inwards
Gather and maintain supplier lead time data, Liaising with Finance and sourcing on purchase pricing, invoice and service level queries
Drive Supply meeting with CSRs
Manage and optimize customer service level and KPIs
Execute daily stock replenishment between bonded and non- bonded locations, to support customer service teams and the warehouse network
Execute Airfreight Import requests and processes, to support customer service teams regarding urgent customer demand
Support on time in full customer service analysis, plus identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
Support complaint handling -investigate problems, find root causes develop solutions as required
Follow with Export Processors for bookings
Manage and optimize Inventory level and KPIs
Support MRP settings and lead time reviews. Ensure product replenishment, but over stocking of purchased materials by working in close operation with MRP planning controllers and within their guidelines. Also, working in cooperation with Demand planners/Forecasters /BU planners. Manage inventory levels while ensuring service levels remain on target cross the network
Support the 'quality of Inventory Analysis' and reduction of slow moving, obsolete and blocked stocks by implementing improvement opportunities related to excess inventory metrics
Support month end inventory closing activities, plus inventory reconciliations and counting process as appropriate
Support Supply planning meetings, plus demand and sales and operational planning activities as required
Support the use of common planning systems and processes across the network for a standard approach
