Director, Construction Consultancy

Linesight is hiring for multiple leadership roles across Japan dues to continued exceptional growth in key sectors including data centres. The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

Act as a key account manager for team in Japan, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust

Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients

Oversee key strategic client projects

Apply your wealth of management experience to guide your team to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures

Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership

Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have strong operational and team management experience in a dynamic consultancy environment, having developed your leadership capabilities over the past 15+ years

Have experience working on large, complex construction projects, ideally with exposure to the data centre sector

Have a track record in successfully leading meetings with clients and other key stakeholders

Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
