You will work closely with senior stakeholders in both the global organization, as well as the local regions. And be a visible champion of physical infrastructure at Leaseweb

Optimize infrastructure costs and hardware ROI by driving efficiency, standardization, and capacity planning

Support deals and sales channels with compelling value propositions

Build relationships with hardware, network equipment, and data center partners that enhance our platforms

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to excel in product management

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus

Strengthen product processes and stakeholder alignment across the organization

Customer, Compliance & Experience

Champion a seamless customer experience across the physical infrastructure lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning

Ensure Bare Metal services comply with evolving regulatory, security, and data center standards

Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and validate solutions

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in Product Management, with exposure to infrastructure, network, or data center products, or closely related field.

Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers

Track record of driving product growth and delivering measurable results

A structured thinker who connects customer needs with scalable infrastructure solutions

Solid commercial judgement, stakeholder influence, and communication skills

Analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing trade-offs

Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Who you are

You are a driven product management lead, eager to grow in your product management leadership

You thrive in a fast-paced environment within a global tech company

You are collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable with both strategy and execution
