We're Looking For
A confident Project Manager who thrives in a fast paced development environment and is passionate about delivering land development and subdivision projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Development Managers to lead the delivery of residential land development projects from inception through to completion.
Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, and risk outcomes while ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Develop and implement delivery strategies for major staged subdivision and mixed use developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, approval authorities, and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Drive innovation, value creation, and continuous improvement across project delivery while contributing to best practice project management within the business.

Experience & Skills That Count
Experience delivering land development, civil construction, or residential subdivision projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead contractors, consultants, and project teams to achieve programme and delivery milestones.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost plans, and project performance.
Sound understanding of project management methodologies, contract administration, and development construction processes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Property, or a related discipline.
