About the role

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust data ingestion pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration across platforms. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with data scientists, architecture and development teams to integrate, develop and deploy AI solutions into production environments, while monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows to ensure high availability and performance.

What you’ll do as a Data Engineer:

Design, build, and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various platforms.

Utilise an Azure modern tech stack, with a specific emphasis on Azure Databricks, for complex data transformations and analytics.

Develop and optimise Python scripts for data processing, integration, and automation tasks.

Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of data solutions.

Collaborating with data scientists, architecture, and development teams to integrate, develop, and deploy AI solutions into production environments.

Actively monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

You are:

Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust data ingestion pipelines.

Proficiency with an Azure modern tech stack, particularly Azure Databricks, for complex data transformations and analytics.

Strong development and optimisation skills in Python for data processing, integration, and automation.

Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for deploying data solutions.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions into production environments.
