We are looking for two Embedded AI Engineers to join a newly established AI Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will move beyond the traditional software development life cycle (SDLC) to drive AI implementation across the entire business ecosystem (Sales, Customer Support, Operations, etc.).

You will be paired directly with internal "AI Champions" (domain experts) to identify 3 to 5 high-value use cases and redesign business workflows using AI-first principles. Your main focus will be orchestrating, building, and deploying production-ready AI agents.

Requirements

Proven experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying production-ready AI agents and LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Strong hands-on software engineering background with AI orchestration frameworks.

Experience with API integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

Excellent communication skills to translate non-technical business domain needs into AI logic.

At least Upper-Intermediate English level

Nice to have: Experience with dynamic LLM routing layers (AI harnesses).

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with domain experts (AI Champions) to build and orchestrate new AI agents.

Redesign traditional business workflows (e.g., sales automation, ticket disposition, RFI/RFX responses) using AI-first principles.

Work alongside the core engineering team to integrate AI workflows into the business infrastructure.

Assist in AI enablement and internal technical upskilling during targeted training phases.
