About this Position
We are looking for an organized and proactive Education Administration Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the Education team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth execution of business activities by coordinating schedules, meetings, events, budgets, and communications, while supporting key projects and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you´ll do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Education team, ensuring activities are executed efficiently and in line with company policies.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and business events, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and related documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Support budget management by monitoring expenses, processing purchase requisitions and invoices, and tracking departmental spending.
Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business analyses to support decision-making and project execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate projects, optimize administrative processes, and ensure operational excellence.
What makes you a good fit
Completed Bachelor's degree.
Advanced English proficiency.
Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or business operations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial administration.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
Proactive, detail-oriented profile with excellent communication, relationship-building, and process improvement skills.
