Product Manager – NFC Wallet, eSE & eUICC Solutions

Position Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially curious Product Manager to help shape the next generation of NFC wallet, embedded secure element, and eUICC solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of silicon, systems, security, mobile ecosystems, and customer-driven innovation. You will work closely with experienced product leaders, architects, R&D, customer application support, marketing, and customers to define products that solve real market problems and create differentiated value.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential engineer, system architect, application engineer, or product manager who wants to move closer to product strategy, customer needs, roadmap definition, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy, Definition & Lifecycle

Help define next-generation NFC wallet, eSE, and eUICC product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, ecosystem requirements, and technical feasibility.

Translate customer, system, RF, hardware, firmware, software, and security requirements into clear product features and priorities.

Work with system architects, senior product managers, and R&D teams to develop product specifications and make informed trade-off decisions.

Participate across the full product lifecycle, from early concept and definition through development, validation, launch, ramp-up, and lifecycle management.

Build a strong understanding of product economics, differentiation, positioning, and value creation.

Roadmap, Innovation & Differentiation

Contribute to roadmap definition for secure mobile wallet, NFC, eSE, and eUICC solutions.

Identify opportunities for new features, improved performance, better integration, and stronger customer differentiation.

Bring fresh thinking from hardware, RF, embedded systems, security, mobile, or customer applications.

Challenge assumptions and help the team identify better technical and commercial paths.

Track market, technology, standards, and competitive developments that may influence future products.

Customer, Ecosystem & Use Case Understanding

Support and participate in customer discussions to understand technical requirements, use cases, integration challenges, and decision criteria.

Convert customer feedback into actionable product insights.

Help define use cases and value propositions for mobile wallet, secure element, eUICC, NFC, and secure transaction applications.

Develop a strong understanding of ecosystem stakeholders, including device OEMs, mobile platforms, service providers, payment and identity ecosystems, and technology partners.

Cross-Functional Product Execution

Act as a bridge between product management, R&D, system architecture, customer application support, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

Support feature prioritization and development planning based on technical complexity, customer value, business impact, and roadmap alignment.

Help align product features with customer enablement needs, demos, application notes, documentation, and go-to-market materials.

Contribute to datasheet content, product documentation, customer presentations, and technical positioning materials.

Market & Competitive Insight

Contribute to competitive analysis and market research in NFC, secure element, eUICC, mobile wallet, and secure transaction markets.

Identify product gaps, differentiation opportunities, and emerging customer needs.

Help convert technical differentiation into clear customer-facing value.

Your Profile

Experience

Hardware design, RF engineering, NFC/contactless systems, embedded systems, or secure semiconductor products.

System engineering, application engineering, customer technical support, solution architecture, or technical marketing.

Early product management, product ownership, platform definition, or customer-facing technical roles in semiconductors, mobile, payments, connectivity, IoT, or secure embedded systems.

Prior formal product management experience is valuable but not required. We are more interested in your ability to combine technical depth, customer curiosity, structured thinking, and ownership mindset.

Technical Background

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, RF, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.

Strong understanding of hardware, RF, embedded systems, or system-level product development.

Experience or strong interest in NFC/contactless systems, RF design or antenna systems, embedded secure elements, eSIM/eUICC, mobile wallet architectures, secure transactions, semiconductor product development, secure identity, or payment ecosystems.

Hardware and RF design experience is especially valuable.
