Quantity Surveyor
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Review and evaluate contractors' quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and tender submissions.
Support procurement, contract administration, payment certification, and variation claims.
Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure budget compliance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on commercial matters.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline (SISV-recognised).
Minimum 5 years' relevant QS experience, preferably in Facilities Management, maintenance, or building projects.
