Functional (job responsibilities)

Acquire new accounts / manage existing accounts to achieve profitability targets established

Be involved in the sales and marketing of a wide spectrum of banking products and services to meet the needs of commercial and corporate banking segments.

Cross-sell products and services to generate revenue growth for the department

To grow New-To-Bank clients based on strong fundamentals and as per stipulated credit guidelines from Head Office.

To encourage a client-oriented approach towards building a successful and profitable business relationship.

To ensure compliance with AML, internal policies including regulatory guidelines, SOPs, manuals and all other rules and regulations.

To perform analyses and credit proposals with regards to lending to the construction and real estate sectors by the end of the probation period
